Cybersecurity GRC Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a visionary Cybersecurity GRC Transformation Manager, this full-time position will lead the integration of a massive enterprise Archer migration and architect the evolution of traditional GRC frameworks into an AI-first program, operating within a global organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the strategic migration of legacy GRC frameworks and applications into a modernized Archer ecosystem
• Implement automated controls mapping, predictive risk modeling, and continuous control monitoring to pivot towards an AI-first GRC strategy
• Establish governance, risk, and compliance playbooks for emerging technologies while modernizing cyber assessment programs into data-driven models

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Cybersecurity GRC, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role within a global IT enterprise
• Proven track record of leading complex enterprise-wide migrations within the Archer GRC platform
• Hands-on experience designing and optimizing Archer GRC modules such as IT Security Risk Management and Third-Party Governance
• Demonstrated vision in transitioning traditional compliance functions into automated, AI-augmented paradigms
• Strong familiarity with modern AI security frameworks and change management communication skills
