Cybersecurity Incident Coordinator

Job Summary

To support cybersecurity operations, the full-time Security Incident Coordinator will manage incident coordination and reporting for cybersecurity, trust & safety, and fraud incidents in a remote setting, ensuring effective resolution and communication across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary coordinator for major incidents, organizing tasks and maintaining communication across teams using ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR)
• Coordinate the full incident lifecycle, ensuring containment and recovery processes are validated and documented
• Produce regular incident reports and facilitate post-incident reviews to drive improvements in incident response protocols

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in incident coordination or security operations
• Solid knowledge of incident response procedures in cybersecurity, trust & safety, and fraud contexts
• Experience with ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) or a comparable ITSM/SIR platform
• Preferred certifications: PMP, ITIL, CISM, or GCIH
