Cybersecurity Incident Responder

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cyber Security Incident Responder.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to security incidents from alerts and escalated notifications
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members and direct investigation activities during high-priority incidents
• Collaborate with IT practitioners across various functions and report updates to management

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts, firewalls, and packet capture utilities
• Experience with log analysis using a SIEM and familiarity with EDR and Anti-Malware technologies
• 2 years of experience in a SOC analyst or incident response role is desirable
• Security certification such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH is highly desirable
