Job Summary
Seeking a skilled and client-focused Cybersecurity Incident Responder in a full-time remote capacity, this role will manage emergency onboardings, respond to client inquiries, and triage cybersecurity alerts while providing expert analysis to enhance client security.
Key responsibilities
- Interface with clients to remotely onboard them onto the security platform
- Triage cybersecurity alerts, assess risks, and deliver mitigation responses
- Participate in the Incident Response Program and provide post-onboarding support to clients
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in an infosec/cybersecurity analyst role
- College degree in an Information Technology (IT/CS/CE) related discipline or equivalent experience
- Industry-recognized information security certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, OSCP, or Security+
- Experience in penetration and vulnerability testing
- Technical knowledge of operating systems including Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux
