Cybersecurity Incident Response Manager

Job Summary

Owning and executing the cyber threat management engineering strategy, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Incident Response Manager will drive transformation towards highly automated, AI-augmented cyber operations while ensuring platform resilience and alignment with enterprise cyber risk management goals.

Key responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps and align team priorities with cyber risk management goals
• Drive measurable improvements in operational effectiveness and risk impact reduction
• Champion the adoption of AI, machine learning, and automation for autonomous investigation and response capabilities

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, with at least 1 year in leadership roles
• Strong expertise in cyber engineering and security operations disciplines, including detection engineering and SOAR
• Proven experience leading transformation initiatives involving people, processes, and technology
• Deep understanding of enterprise security platforms such as SIEM, EDR, and cloud security tools
• Experience applying automation, orchestration, and AI/ML to cybersecurity operations
