Cybersecurity Instructor (CompTIA CYSA+ Certified)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Instructor to train students for entry to mid-level jobs in Cyber Security.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct full-time technical training using a structured curriculum, focusing on interactive and hands-on lab activities
• Manage student performance through ongoing feedback, evaluations, and coordination with career coaches
• Provide input on curriculum updates and maintain student data in the Learning Management System

Required Qualifications

• Expert-level knowledge in server management, hardware, software, networking, mobility, virtualization, project management, and security
• Must be CompTIA CYSA+ certified or able to earn the certificate within 30 days of hire
• Teaching experience, preferably with adults in an online environment
• At least two years of professional experience in a security role within the tech industry
• Ability to teach in a highly interactive and hands-on style
