Cybersecurity Lead

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Cybersecurity Lead in Product Security Engineering, the successful candidate will serve as the primary product security engineer for key business verticals, engage with engineering leadership, and manage security design reviews, vulnerability identification, and incident readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary product security engineer, collaborating with engineering leadership and technical leads
• Automate and maintain a security design review program, including threat modeling and vulnerability management
• Provide mentorship to engineers and support cross-functional teams in implementing security best practices

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Application Security and/or Security Engineering with a relevant degree
• Enterprise experience in providing product security advisory to engineering and stakeholder teams
• Proficiency in secure design reviews, threat modeling, and articulating security requirements
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS and Azure
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for automating security workflows
