Cybersecurity Lead - Product Security

Job Summary

Leading the security architecture for network hardware and proprietary operating systems, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Lead - Product Security will embed security into product development, enforce "Secure by Design" principles, and manage the product vulnerability lifecycle to ensure compliance with advanced security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the integration of security gates into the product development lifecycle and enforce standardized SDLC policy
• Direct the security hardening of network operating systems, defining baseline configurations and implementing controls
• Oversee application security testing initiatives, including Static and Dynamic Application Security Testing (SAST/DAST) frameworks

Required qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in product security, focusing on network hardware or embedded systems
• Strong background in software development with knowledge of C/C++, Go, or Python
• Expertise in network protocols and security technologies, including L2/L3, TCP/IP, and firewalls
• Proven experience implementing SAST/DAST pipelines and managing vulnerability disclosure programs
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Networking, or a related field; relevant certifications preferred
