Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in IT service management or managing an MSP staff within a regulated industry
• At least 5 years of experience with cybersecurity initiatives related to Identity Governance and Privileged Access Management
• Proven success in managing complex programs and projects
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Demonstrated success in talent development and management
