Cybersecurity Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager Cybersecurity to lead their cybersecurity initiatives and team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Cybersecurity Engineers
• Own and evolve the cybersecurity strategy for a SaaS, cloud-first environment
• Oversee security operations, including threat detection, incident response, and compliance management

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Cybersecurity experience in enterprise-scale environments
• 2+ years of experience managing and leading technical teams
• Strong knowledge of security frameworks and incident response practices
• Experience with cloud, network, and application security controls
• Bachelor's degree preferred; SHRM PMQ certification within the first 90 days is required
