Cybersecurity Manager

Job Summary

Leading the Cyber Defense & Response team, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will oversee security operations and incident response initiatives, ensuring operational preparedness while collaborating with various teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Cyber Defense & Response functions, ensuring alignment with cybersecurity strategy and operational readiness
• Lead the incident response lifecycle, acting as the primary point for critical incidents and overseeing investigation, containment, and recovery efforts
• Enhance detection and response efficiency across on-premises and multi-cloud environments, focusing on GPU-accelerated and AI/ML workloads

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, including 3+ years in a management role within a SOC or incident response function
• Strong technical expertise in digital forensics, cloud security, detection engineering, and security automation
• Experience in building and improving incident response processes and playbooks
• Proven ability to lead global teams using agile practices and manage operational metrics effectively
