Cybersecurity Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic cybersecurity leader, the full-time Senior Manager of Threat Detection and Response will manage detection engineering, threat monitoring, and incident response coordination while working remotely to enhance security operations across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop the cyber threat detection and response function, including analysts and incident responders
• Define and execute the roadmap for threat detection, alert tuning, and response process maturity
• Direct incident response activities for high-priority cybersecurity events, ensuring effective triage and recovery

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on threat detection and incident response
• 5+ years of experience managing technical security teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong experience with security platforms such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, and cloud security tooling
• Deep understanding of attacker tactics, techniques, and incident response methodologies
• Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK
