Cybersecurity Manager

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise program for non-human identity security, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager will manage the security strategy, oversee identity lifecycle processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks associated with machine and workload identities in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the enterprise non-human identity security strategy, roadmap, governance, and reporting
• Establish identity and access controls for API credentials and emerging AI agent identities
• Lead analysts and engineers by setting standards, priorities, and performance expectations for program delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in identity, cloud, or cybersecurity, with at least 3 years focused on machine or non-human identity security
• Hands-on experience with secrets management platforms such as HashiCorp Vault, CyberArk Conjur, or Azure Key Vault
• Experience with PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and automated credential rotation
• Experience securing cloud workload identities and service principals in Azure, AWS, or GCP
