Cybersecurity Manager, Exposure Management

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Cybersecurity Manager, Exposure Management to lead a full-time remote team focused on vulnerability operations, attack surface management, and application security, while driving remediation outcomes and optimizing processes through AI and automation.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of vulnerability analysts and application security practitioners
• Oversee a unified exposure management pipeline, integrating findings from various sources into a prioritized, risk-based view
• Guide enterprise application security programs and collaborate with development teams to enhance security within the SDLC and CI/CD workflows

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 3-6 years of experience in cybersecurity, focusing on vulnerability management and application security
• 1-2 years of team lead or management experience
• Working knowledge of vulnerability management platforms and application security concepts
• Demonstrated ability to influence outcomes across teams without direct reporting authority
