Job Summary
To ensure the resilience of IT and OT systems supporting pharmaceutical production, the full-time Cybersecurity Manager - WA will develop and execute a cyber resiliency program, lead incident response efforts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance cybersecurity measures in a manufacturing environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a site-level cyber resiliency program aligned with organizational policies
- Lead the site cyber incident response process and oversee disaster recovery strategies for critical systems
- Ensure compliance with GxP requirements and support regulatory audit readiness related to cybersecurity controls
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or associate's degree with at least six years of relevant work experience; a bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or a related field is preferred
- A minimum of five years of experience in cybersecurity, with three years in a manufacturing or critical infrastructure setting preferred
- Strong understanding of OT/ICS environments and pharmaceutical manufacturing systems
- Experience operating within a GxP-regulated environment
- Familiarity with NIST CSF and IEC 62443 frameworks
