Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Operations Center Documentation and Process Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

Write, update, and maintain process documents
Lead development of technical deliverables and incident documentation
Analyze network traffic, identify threats, and provide proactive recommendations

Required Qualifications:

Associates degree in an applicable discipline and a minimum of 3 years' relevant work experience in Cybersecurity domains
Prior experience completing complex problem analysis and problem resolution
Demonstrated experience as a technical writer and managing a document repository
Prior experience as a Cybersecurity Operations Analyst or similar role
Ability to support 24x7 team and complete all shift work
