Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Security Operations Manager to lead cybersecurity investigations and enhance digital defenses.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage high-priority investigations with the Security Operations Center Detection team
• Ensure security events and alerts are triaged and responded to efficiently and accurately
• Develop and facilitate assessment and training programs for SOC Analysts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity operational roles
• 2+ years of experience managing SOC Analysts
• 2+ years of hands-on technical Cybersecurity experience across multiple domains
• 2+ years of experience with security operations in public cloud and large corporate on-prem environments
