Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Operations & Incident Response Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a Security and Threat Operations team, establishing operating procedures and metrics
• Oversee security monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management across hybrid environments
• Manage relationships with third-party SOCs, ensuring alignment with business needs and risk profiles

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Security Operations, Incident Response, Detection Engineering, or Threat Hunting
• 3+ years of experience leading teams or programs
• Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Hands-on expertise with SIEM/SOAR, EDR, and detection content development
• Experience managing outsourced SOC/MSSP providers with measurable improvements
