Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SOC Program Manager responsible for overseeing and executing Security Operations Center services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee SOC and cybersecurity operations support services
• Lead execution of cybersecurity operations, including incident response and threat detection
• Ensure compliance with federal cybersecurity standards and manage operational metrics and reporting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience managing cybersecurity programs or SOC operations
• At least 5 years of experience leading cybersecurity operations teams for federal agencies
• Experience with FISMA, RMF, and incident response activities
• Strong understanding of federal cybersecurity frameworks and standards
