Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Job Summary

Leading a global cybersecurity team, the full-time Cybersecurity Operations Manager will manage security operations, incident response programs, and vendor oversight while ensuring alignment with business strategies in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Oversee global Security Operations Center (SOC) operations, including 24/7 monitoring and incident response
• Manage the deployment of secure solutions and ensure service delivery meets defined service level agreements
• Lead vulnerability management programs and coordinate the optimization of security tools and processes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience; a Master's degree is preferred
• Previous supervisory experience is required
• Proficiency in security operations workflows and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
• Experience managing third-party security vendors and tools
• Strong understanding of incident response protocols and vulnerability management strategies
