Cybersecurity Operations Manager

Job Summary

Managing daily cybersecurity operations, the full-time Cybersecurity Operations Manager will coordinate multiple technical workstreams, including incident response and vulnerability management, while working remotely to ensure operational excellence and support mission-critical Federal cybersecurity initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Direct daily cybersecurity operations across various technical teams and workstreams
• Lead operational meetings and track deliverables, ensuring accurate reporting and performance metrics
• Drive continuous process improvement and coordinate surge support during high-priority incidents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related field
• Approximately 5 or more years of experience in leading cybersecurity operations or enterprise IT operations
• Experience managing cross-functional technical teams supporting Federal customers
• Familiarity with cybersecurity operations, vulnerability management, and incident response programs
• Experience developing executive status reports and operational dashboards
