Cybersecurity Operations Vice President

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise cybersecurity function, the full-time salaried Cybersecurity Operations Vice President will develop and implement a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy, oversee risk management, and collaborate with IT leadership to enhance security operations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive cybersecurity strategy to safeguard information systems and digital assets
• Oversee the management of cybersecurity awareness training programs and define the cybersecurity risk assessment process
• Establish and implement a process for cyber incident management and provide strategic risk guidance for corporate projects

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 15 years of experience in risk management, information security, and information technology, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Professional security management certification, such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA
• Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, CCPA, and GDPR
• Bachelor's degree in information security, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience in developing and executing information security policies and procedures
