Cybersecurity PAM Manager

Job Summary

Leading the enterprise Privileged Access Management program, the full-time remote Cybersecurity PAM Manager will develop and implement strategies to protect privileged accounts and credentials while managing a team of analysts and collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance and reduce access risks.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the PAM strategy, roadmap, and operating model aligned with Zero Trust principles
• Lead the deployment and management of CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea for privileged account and session management
• Oversee the privileged account lifecycle, including provisioning, deprovisioning, and implementing monitoring solutions for high-risk access

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of experience in identity or cybersecurity, with at least 4 years focused on privileged access management
• Hands-on experience with CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or Delinea deployment and operation
• Experience securing privileged access across cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud
• Proven leadership experience managing analysts or engineers in a cybersecurity context
