Cybersecurity Practice Director

Job Summary

Owning the go-to-market strategy for the cybersecurity practice, the full-time Cybersecurity Practice Director will manage client engagements, drive revenue and delivery quality, and establish relationships with C-suite executives in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full commercial cycle for cybersecurity engagements from pipeline generation to deal closure
• Build and scale repeatable security service offerings that generate consistent revenue
• Develop and present structured technical solutions across the pre-sales to delivery cycle

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or managed security services
• Proven track record of owning revenue and closing deals with C-level stakeholders
• Strong experience in building and launching security service offerings
• Deep expertise in cloud security and infrastructure security across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2
