Cybersecurity Practice Director

Job Summary

Owning the go-to-market strategy for the cybersecurity practice, the full-time Cybersecurity Practice Director will manage client engagements, drive revenue, and establish relationships with enterprise clients while operating in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive the full commercial cycle for cybersecurity engagements, from pipeline generation to deal closure
• Build and scale repeatable security service offerings, packaging capabilities into market-ready services
• Establish and grow trusted relationships with CTOs and CISOs, converting executive conversations into engagements

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity consulting or managed security services environments
• Proven track record of owning revenue and closing deals, with experience converting executive conversations into engagements
• Strong experience in building and launching repeatable security service offerings
• Deep expertise in cloud security, risk assessment, and infrastructure security across AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or SOC 2
