Cybersecurity Principal Engineer
Job Summary
To support enterprise identity governance initiatives, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Principal Engineer will build and operate identity governance, authentication, and authorization services while collaborating with stakeholders to develop scalable identity architecture and controls.
Key responsibilities
- Build, configure, and operate enterprise IGA platforms, including SailPoint, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance
- Engineer identity lifecycle workflows and implement access requests, approval workflows, and access certification campaigns
- Troubleshoot IGA and directory issues, maintain documentation, and execute IAM controls supporting compliance requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT or cybersecurity
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience engineering and operating IGA or IAM environments
- Experience with SailPoint, Saviynt, or Microsoft Entra ID Governance, and Active Directory
- Working knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, and SCIM
