Cybersecurity Product Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Manager with expertise in cybersecurity and experience in Small to Medium Business (SMB) and Mid-Market environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for the administrative console experience, aligning with growth and retention goals
• Develop an understanding of SMB and Mid-Market IT workflows to translate industry needs into scalable platform features
• Analyze platform usage metrics to identify user experience friction points and improve adoption and retention

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B Product Management experience, with at least 3 years focused on cybersecurity products
• Experience building products for IT Administrators in the SMB and Mid-Market space
• Familiarity with core security controls such as DNS filtering and threat detection mechanisms
• Proven experience managing web-based administrative consoles and reporting dashboards
• Ability to engage with engineering on cloud architectures and APIs
