Cybersecurity Program Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Director - Cyber Execution & Operations to oversee technical projects and initiatives in cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee programs and initiatives to improve operations and execution
• Monitor dependencies across multiple inter-related technical projects and report status to leadership
• Coach and train cyber staff in operational best practices and ensure documentation of core processes

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 8+ years of relevant experience with a degree or 10+ years without a degree
• Relevant professional certification such as Project Portfolio Management (PPM), Program Management Professional (PgMP), or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP)
• Experience in cybersecurity and working in a highly regulated environment
• Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Agile work experience and product methodology work experience
