Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Program Manager - Posture, Hygiene and AI (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a comprehensive security posture and hygiene strategy for AI and machine learning technologies
• Assemble and manage a team to implement and assess the CIS Top 18 critical controls
• Ensure the hygiene of security configurations and collaborate with relevant departments to align security measures with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with 9 years of experience, Master's Degree with 8 years, or PhD with 4 years of experience in cybersecurity
• Proven leadership in managing security posture and hygiene strategies in complex IT environments
• Experience implementing an AI security program across an enterprise
• Expert knowledge of cybersecurity terminology, concepts, and the cyber threat landscape
• Experience with the CIS Top 18 controls and familiarity with the CIS Controls Implementation Groups methodology
