Cybersecurity Program Manager

Job Summary

Experienced in cybersecurity, the full-time Cyber Technical Program Manager will oversee end-to-end program delivery, addressing emerging threats such as AI exploitation and identity risks, while collaborating closely with technical teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and manage program charters that align with cybersecurity risks and business objectives
• Lead execution of programs through the full lifecycle, ensuring resource readiness and addressing blockers
• Communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to diverse audiences, tailoring messages for technical and executive stakeholders

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field
• At least 5 years of experience in program or project management within a cybersecurity organization
• Hands-on experience with cybersecurity program delivery, including security tool deployments and identity management
• Familiarity with program tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps, with the ability to build dashboards for portfolio visibility
• Cybersecurity certification (CISSP, CISM, CCSP) is strongly preferred
