Cybersecurity Program Manager

Job Summary

Experienced in cybersecurity, the full-time Cybersecurity Program Manager will manage end-to-end programs addressing emerging threats, including AI risks and identity exploitation, while collaborating with technical teams and delivering executive-level reporting in a remote or hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own program charters that connect objectives to specific risks being mitigated
• Lead execution of programs through the full lifecycle, ensuring planning rigor and accountability
• Communicate complex cybersecurity concepts clearly to diverse audiences, from technical teams to executives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a STEM field
• 5+ years of experience in program or project management within a cybersecurity organization
• Direct hands-on experience with cybersecurity program delivery, including security tool deployments and identity management
• Familiarity with program tooling such as Jira and Azure DevOps
• Cybersecurity certification preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CCSP)
