Cybersecurity Program Manager

Job Summary

Supporting the Cybersecurity Operations organization, the full-time Senior Manager - Program Management will drive organizational alignment, operational execution, and leadership support, ensuring effective communication and coordination across multiple teams in a highly regulated environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the leadership team in managing day-to-day operational priorities and key initiatives
• Develop and deliver executive-level reporting and presentations, including status updates and performance metrics
• Coordinate and track cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely delivery across teams

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 6-10 years of experience in program management, project management, or operations
• Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
• Strong ability to synthesize operational, risk, or technical information into actionable insights
• Experience developing executive presentations and stakeholder communications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and professional experience
