Job Summary

Managing federal cybersecurity programs, the full-time Cybersecurity Program Manager will serve as the primary advisor for system security and privacy, lead RMF activities, and ensure compliance with federal security requirements in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary cybersecurity and privacy advisor to System Owners for assigned systems
  • Lead RMF activities, including the development and maintenance of System Security and Privacy Plans (SSPPs) and authorization packages
  • Monitor system security posture and support continuous authorization initiatives, ensuring compliance with NIST RMF and federal security requirements
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Assurance, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in information assurance, cybersecurity, or RMF
  • Experience supporting federal cybersecurity programs and the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF)
  • Strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-37, NIST SP 800-53, FISMA, and federal privacy requirements
  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification
