Cybersecurity Program Manager
Job Summary
To drive cybersecurity initiatives and unlock connected-product sales, the full-time Cybersecurity Program Manager will engage with customer executives, manage cybersecurity engagements, and facilitate collaboration across teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate collaboration among business leaders, solution architects, and account teams to align cybersecurity initiatives
- Engage with customer legal, risk, and IT leaders to uncover exposure and convert it into new engagements
- Translate cybersecurity standards into business risk insights to support project development and investment decisions
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree minimum; advanced degree preferred
- Strong experience engaging with C-suite executives and legal/risk officers
- Demonstrable experience in contract negotiation and complex risk analysis
- Familiarity with cybersecurity standards such as IEC 62443 and NERC CIP
- Experience in the construction and build lifecycle, particularly in data center projects
