Cybersecurity Project Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting a small portfolio of cybersecurity risk assessment projects, the remote contract Cybersecurity Project Coordinator will manage project plans, coordinate activities across workstreams, and maintain documentation and reporting using tools like Azure DevOps and Power BI.

Key responsibilities

• Support project strategy, planning, scheduling, and coordination activities across cybersecurity projects
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, milestones, risks, and status reports
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions to provide actionable insights for program performance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in project management, coordination, or business analysis
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
• Experience using Azure DevOps for project coordination and backlog management
• Experience developing dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI
