Cybersecurity Project Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an IT Project Manager - Cybersecurity Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical leader and expert for the client-facing Cybersecurity Team
• Assess the impact of new cybersecurity laws, regulations, policies, and guidance on federal client's Security Assessment initiatives
• Provide expert-level guidance and consulting to improve assessment results and identify areas for efficiency gains via automation

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 15 years of progressively responsible experience in IT project and program management
• At least 8 years in a senior leadership or program management role overseeing large-scale IT initiatives
• Demonstrated experience providing strategic direction and technical guidance across all phases of IT project lifecycles
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or DAWIA PM Level III certification is desired
