Job Summary
Leading cybersecurity and operational resilience activities, the fully remote Cybersecurity Project Manager will coordinate continuity planning, stakeholder engagement, and compliance initiatives for NIH Research Application Services (RAS) while ensuring critical systems remain secure and operational during disruptive events.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day coordination of cybersecurity and operational resilience activities for NIH RAS
- Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with NIH objectives
- Conduct Business Impact Analyses and maintain continuity planning documentation to support recovery readiness
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Federal cybersecurity, continuity planning, or IT program management
- Familiarity with NIST Risk Management Framework and Federal cybersecurity compliance frameworks
- Experience managing multiple projects and coordinating cross-functional teams in Federal IT environments
- U.S. Citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain an NIH Public Trust
