Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of a sales team to achieve strategic sales targets in the Philly Metro Area
• Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with technology partners and execute marketing campaigns
• Optimize revenue growth and client satisfaction through effective collaboration with various internal organizations

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience managing security technology and services sales teams with a proven track record of achieving multi-million-dollar quotas
• Experience in developing and coaching sales professionals to enhance performance
• Strong business acumen with the ability to correlate business goals with cybersecurity risks
• Ability to build and execute territory and strategic account management plans
• Demonstrated experience in selling complex hardware, software, and consulting services to Fortune 1000 accounts
