Job Summary
Supporting enterprise vulnerability remediation efforts, the full-time Cybersecurity Remediation Coordinator will coordinate remediation activities, manage Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms), and collaborate with various stakeholders in a 100% remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate enterprise remediation activities for vulnerabilities identified through various security assessments
- Develop, maintain, and manage POA&Ms in accordance with Federal and organizational requirements
- Monitor remediation progress and validate supporting evidence while ensuring accurate documentation of corrective actions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Information Technology, or a related discipline
- Three or more years of experience in vulnerability management, RMF, or cybersecurity governance
- Experience developing and managing Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms)
- Working knowledge of the NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) and related compliance standards
- Experience coordinating remediation activities across multiple technical teams and stakeholders
