Job Summary
Supporting national security initiatives, the part-time Cybersecurity Research Intern will conduct applied research, collaborate with university and government partners, and analyze technical information in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in applied research projects supporting Department of Defense and Navy initiatives
- Conduct research related to cybersecurity, engineering, and information technology
- Collaborate with faculty and industry partners to achieve research objectives
Required qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a University of Hawaii undergraduate or graduate program
- Pursuing a degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
