Job Summary
Leading the cybersecurity risk management program, the full-time Cybersecurity Risk Manager will oversee a team of professionals, manage risk assessments, and engage with stakeholders to protect healthcare systems and patient data in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the organization's cybersecurity risk management program, ensuring compliance with relevant frameworks
- Manage day-to-day operations of the cybersecurity risk management function and provide coaching for team members
- Collaborate with executives and cross-functional teams to present risk reports and develop mitigation strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity with 3 years in risk management
- 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity with at least 3 years in risk management
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership or management role
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity frameworks and healthcare regulations
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA
