Job Summary
Managing all U.S. revenue-generating activities, the full-time Cybersecurity Sales Manager will drive new business growth, oversee a high-performing sales organization, and collaborate with marketing and executive leadership in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Own U.S. bookings, pipeline, and revenue targets while managing pipeline hygiene
- Support onboarding, training, and coaching of new hires, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Engage with strategic enterprise opportunities and develop expansion strategies within existing clients
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of enterprise cybersecurity sales experience
- 5+ years leading sales teams in cybersecurity professional services
- Demonstrated success managing teams responsible for $20M+ annual revenue
- Experience selling penetration testing, red team services, and security consulting
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders
