Job Summary

Managing a team of Sales Executives, the full-time Cybersecurity Sales Manager will drive new business sales growth in the insurance sector, develop sales strategies, and engage in territory planning while working flexibly or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and mentor a team of Sales Executives to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies in collaboration with Sales Operations, focusing on the competitive landscape
• Engage in territory planning and build relationships to support opportunity development and sales closure

Required qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes and decision-making
• Knowledge and experience in selling within the insurance industry
• Proven leadership experience in cybersecurity sales
• Strong track record in new business sales success, particularly at the C Level
• Ability to build long-term strategic relationships and adapt in a rapidly changing environment
