Cybersecurity Security Advisor

Job Summary

Focused on enhancing customer security, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Security Advisor will assess Falcon environments, provide security recommendations, and ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards while managing customer relationships and resolving technical issues.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and ensure customer Falcon environments align with Falcon Complete standards
• Provide recommendations to improve security posture for Falcon Complete customers
• Document and resolve customer issues in accordance with established procedures and SLAs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in a Cybersecurity-focused role
• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS or ISC2
• Experience with threat detection and incident response
• Adept in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems
