Cybersecurity Security Advisor

Job Summary

To support the security posture of Falcon Complete customers, the full-time remote Cybersecurity Security Advisor will assess customer environments, provide security recommendations, and document resolutions while collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Assess customer Falcon environments to ensure alignment with Falcon Complete standards
• Provide recommendations to improve customer security and document all related issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in a Cybersecurity-focused role
• Bachelor's degree in Technology and/or Cybersecurity or relevant experience
• Cybersecurity certifications from reputable organizations such as SANS or ISC2
• Experience with threat detection and incident response
• Adept in Windows, Linux, and MAC operating systems
