Cybersecurity SME with DOD Clearance

Job Summary

To support the Assessment and Authorization of information systems, the full-time Cybersecurity SME with DOD Clearance will execute cybersecurity processes, update and track remediation actions, and generate audit-ready reports while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Execute DoW/DLA cybersecurity processes to authorize and maintain information systems
• Update and track POA&M entries by documenting findings and logging remediation actions
• Generate clear, accurate, and audit-ready cybersecurity reports for technical and leadership audiences

Required qualifications

• Seven (7) years of relevant Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST A&A experience
• Experience in assessing security controls and conducting authorization reviews for large organizations
• Strong understanding of DoD cybersecurity requirements and documentation of artifacts
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel, Access, and Power BI
• Required to possess a DOD SECRET Clearance and be eligible for an IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive Security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) upon assignment
