Cybersecurity SOC Team Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a SOC Team Lead to oversee a Security Operations Center team and manage customer onboarding and relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a SOC team, ensuring effective execution of tasks and projects
• Manage customer onboarding, including scheduling, tracking deliverables, and developing success plans
• Maintain communication with customers, providing updates and addressing requests while organizing documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or an additional 4 years of related experience
• Minimum three years of project management experience
• Knowledge of SOC operations
• Experience interfacing with and managing customers is desired
• Certifications in program management (e.g., PMP) and advanced cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP) are preferred
