Cybersecurity Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements, the full-time Solutions Engineer will provide technical solutions, conduct product demonstrations, and assist in the implementation of cybersecurity products in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to deliver tailored technical solutions for customers
• Conduct product demonstrations and develop detailed technical proposals
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting during the pre-sales and post-sales processes

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a solutions engineer or in a similar technical role, preferably in cybersecurity
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and technologies
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency in technical tools and software for system configuration and troubleshooting
• Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
