• Document work details accurately within the ticketing system

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Obtain and maintain at least one relevant certification (Sec+, CySA+) within one year
• Entry-level experience in incident investigations and responses
• Demonstrated understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks
• Ability to work in a flexible operational environment, including evenings and weekends
