Cybersecurity Specialist, M&A

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cybersecurity Specialist (M/A/D).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead assigned M&A/D transactions for the cybersecurity tower
• Act as the primary cybersecurity point of contact for both internal and external partners
• Provide cybersecurity updates to the program, leadership, and third parties

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of experience in an IT related field
• IT experience in mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
• Advanced certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor) are preferred
